Optimalizovan\u00e9 molekuly vykazuj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed fluorescenci v\u00a0pevn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi budou navr\u017eeny a n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159ipraveny na z\u00e1klad\u011b d\u0159\u00edve z\u00edskan\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed. Tyto optimalizovan\u00e9 luminofory zalo\u017een\u00e9 na strukturn\u00edm motivu diketopyrrolo- pyrrolu budou vyu\u017eity ke tvorb\u011b modelov\u00fdch organick\u00fdch pevnol\u00e1tkov\u00fdch laser\u016f se zlep\u0161en\u00fdmi vlastnostmi. Bude navr\u017eena a p\u0159ipravena homogenn\u00ed s\u00e9rie molekul bu\u010f s\u00a0podpo\u0159enou nebo naopak potla\u010denou jednou nebo ob\u011bma hlavn\u00edmi specifick\u00fdmi interakcemi, tj. vod\u00edkovou vazbou a pi-pi stackingem. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost bude v\u011bnov\u00e1na n\u00e1vrhu a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b luminofor\u016f emituj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0pevn\u00e9m stavu v\u00a0problematick\u00e9 oblasti na rozhran\u00ed mezi \u010dervenou a I\u010c \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed elektromagnetick\u00e9ho spektra, kde je fluorescence obecn\u011b potla\u010dena. Modelov\u00e9 organick\u00e9 pevnol\u00e1tkov\u00e9 lasery budou p\u0159ipraveny ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0VUT Brno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro tento v\u00fdzkum hled\u00e1me studenty bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho a\/nebo magistersk\u00e9ho studijn\u00edho programu. N\u00e1pl\u0148 jejich pr\u00e1ce bude spo\u010d\u00edvat v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch intermedi\u00e1t\u016f, jejich \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed a identifikaci. N\u00e1sledn\u011b budou tyto p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pou\u017e\u00edvat k\u00a0p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pokro\u010dil\u00fdch intermedi\u00e1t\u016f nebo c\u00edlov\u00fdch molekul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This research is focused on study of the relation between molecular and supramolecular structure and their effect on solid-state fluorescence intensity. Based on the knowledge gained, optimized molecular structures exhibiting maximal solid-state fluorescence will be designed and prepared. These optimized luminophors based on diketopyrrolo- pyrrole moiety will be used to construct model organic solid-state lasers with improved properties. We will design and synthesize homogenous sets of molecules with either accented or suppressed one or both main specific interactions, i.e. H-bonding and pi-pi stacking. Special attention will be devoted to the design and preparation of the solidstate luminophors emitting in the problematic area near red\/infrared borderline, where the fluorescence is generally suppressed. Model organic solid-state lasers will be prepared in co-operation with VUT Brno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this research, we are looking for the bachelor as well as master students. They work will start with preparation of basic intermediates, their purification and identification.
