C\u00edlem je nal\u00e9zt origin\u00e1ln\u00ed syntetickou cestu vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdm intermedi\u00e1t\u016fm, stejn\u011b k\u00a0c\u00edlov\u00fdm molekul\u00e1m. Zab\u00fdv\u00e1me se tak\u00e9 experiment\u00e1ln\u00edm ov\u011b\u0159en\u00edm origin\u00e1ln\u00edch syntetick\u00fdch krok\u016f, kter\u00e9 sv\u00fdm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm kop\u00edruj\u00ed modern\u00ed trendy v\u00a0organick\u00e9 synt\u00e9ze s\u00a0respektov\u00e1n\u00edm technologick\u00fdch aspekt\u016f.V\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti mohou studenti naplno rozvinout svoje znalosti z\u00a0literatury a stejn\u011b tak ov\u011b\u0159it sv\u00e9 syntetick\u00e9 my\u0161lenky v\u00a0praxi. Origin\u00e1ln\u00edm syntetick\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm se zde meze nekladou.Tento projekt je financov\u00e1n Technologickou agenturou \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky (projekt TA03010819). V t\u00e9to oblasti spolupracujeme s v\u00fdrobn\u00edm l\u00eddrem v oblasti prostaglandin\u016f se spole\u010dnost\u00ed CaymanPharma s.r.o. Neratovice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this field we implement proposed reactions steps hand in hand with their optimization. These synthetic steps will be applied in the production of non-halogenated veterinary prostaglandins or their intermediates. The aim of this research is bring new synthetic pathway to prostaglandins intermediates and final molecules. Part of our research is also focused on the original synthetic way to known intermediates following modern aspects in organic synthesis (stereospecific synthesis).<\/p>\n<p>Students can apply their knowledge from chemical literature, organic synthesis and realize their ideas in practice.<\/p>\n<p>This research topic is financially supported by Technology Agency of The Czech republic (project No. TA 03010819).
