- V této oblasti se zabýváme návrhem, syntetickým ověřením a optimalizací reakčních kroků, které budou později aplikovány při výrobě vybraných nehalogenovaných veterinárních analagů prostaglandinu. Cílem je nalézt originální syntetickou cestu vedoucí k jednotlivým intermediátům, stejně k cílovým molekulám. Zabýváme se také experimentálním ověřením originálních syntetických kroků, které svým zaměřením kopírují moderní trendy v organické syntéze s respektováním technologických aspektů.V této oblasti mohou studenti naplno rozvinout svoje znalosti z literatury a stejně tak ověřit své syntetické myšlenky v praxi. Originálním syntetickým řešením se zde meze nekladou.Tento projekt je financován Technologickou agenturou České republiky (projekt TA03010819). V této oblasti spolupracujeme s výrobním lídrem v oblasti prostaglandinů se společností CaymanPharma s.r.o. Neratovice.

In this field we implement proposed reactions steps hand in hand with their optimization. These synthetic steps will be applied in the production of non-halogenated veterinary prostaglandins or their intermediates. The aim of this research is bring new synthetic pathway to prostaglandins intermediates and final molecules. Part of our research is also focused on the original synthetic way to known intermediates following modern aspects in organic synthesis (stereospecific synthesis).
Students can apply their knowledge from chemical literature, organic synthesis and realize their ideas in practice.
